When you submit the inquiry form, we may collect:
  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your Telegram username, if you choose to provide it;
  • information about your company or project;
  • any other information you include in your inquiry.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the form.

Technical information
When you visit the website, the website platform and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser and device information, timestamps and security logs.

Why we use your data and our legal bases
We use your personal data to:
  1. Review and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and/or our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients and partners (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  2. Discuss possible cooperation and follow up on your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating our business and responding to relevant inquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  3. Operate, secure and protect the website and communication channels. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable and secure service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing profiling tools on this website.

Recipients and service providers
We disclose personal data only where necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Depending on how you contact us, recipients may include:
  • Tilda Publishing, the website platform and form infrastructure provider;
  • Cloudflare, which provides DNS, security infrastructure and email routing;
  • the email provider receiving messages forwarded from hi@spurt-bureau.com;
  • Telegram, only if you contact the public Telegram account shown on the website or ask us to continue communication there; Tilda form submissions are not automatically forwarded to Telegram;
  • members of the Spurt Bureau team who need the information to respond to the inquiry.
Telegram is a third-party communication platform operating under its own terms and privacy practices. If you prefer not to use Telegram, leave the Telegram field empty and communicate with us by email.

International transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires it, we rely on the transfer safeguards made available by the relevant provider, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data
Tilda stores a copy of each form submission in its internal Leads section for 30 days. Working correspondence received by email may be kept for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless:
  • we begin a contractual relationship with you and need the information for that relationship;
  • the law requires a longer retention period; or
  • the information is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We then delete or anonymise the information when it is no longer needed.

Cookies and similar technologies
Based on the current website configuration, we use only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the website, forms and security features to function. We do not currently use advertising cookies or optional analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
If optional analytics, advertising pixels, embedded third-party widgets or other non-essential technologies are added later, this notice and the website's cookie controls must be updated before those technologies are activated.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may have the right to:
  • request access to your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • request data portability where applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
